custom website design that streamlines the process, provides customer and designer interaction and
guarantees your satisfaction. We can provide as much input as you want. If you know exactly what you want, we'll create it. If you are not sure, we'll be happy to provide our expert opinions and guidance.
Most of our interactions will be through email. We'll send you concepts and revisions on your custom website design through email. You simply reply to us with your feedback, thoughts and suggestions. Email allows us to keep a written record of our communications, to ensure that all your requirements, feedback and suggestions are captured. It also allows us to refer back to previous conversations when necessary. The result is a better custom website design. But know that we’re always available by phone if you need us.

Step 1: Tell
us a little about your business. |

After you
place your order, we will send you an order
confirmation email. We will ask you for your
logo and desired content for the website and
request you to complete a short questionnaire
so that we can learn a little about your
business and your specific requirements. Some
of the questions we ask include: your website
goals and objectives, your target audience,
your color and style preferences, examples of
websites you like, etc. If you have specific
text and images you would like to include
(maybe from an existing brochure or catalog),
you can send those to us too. As soon as we
receive your information, we will immediately
begin work on your custom website design. As
always, you are encouraged to share ideas and
feedback along the way. |

Step 2:
Review your design and layout concepts and
choose one for further refinement. |
|
Within 3
business days, we will send you your first
design concepts. We will start with the design
and layout of your home and inner pages and
will send you 2-3 concepts to begin with.
Then, you will choose to work with one. If you
aren't happy with any of the concepts, then we
will send more choices your way. After you've
chosen a design and layout concept that you
like, we will make revisions to that design
and layout concept until you are completely
satisfied. |

Step 3:
Review your web page revisions and send us
your feedback. |
|
For our small
business website design or corporate website
design packages: once the design and layout
for your web pages have been finalized, we
will plug in the content that you want to see
on your pages. You can send your logo, text
(or copy) and images to us in an email,
attached as a word document or other file. You can send all
of this content as soon as you have it - you
don't have to wait until the design and layout
of your web pages are ready.
At this time, our website design packages
do not include copywriting or web hosting
services.

Step 4:
Finalize your website (or template). |
|
You will be
able to view all your concepts and revisions
through a link that we will send you in our
email communications. Once you are completely
satisfied with your website (or template), we
will send you a zip file that contains all the
final files and formats that you require. |
